What if I'm not happy with my Nail Snail and I want to return it?

We really hope this won't be the case but if there is a problem with your order and you wish to return it, email us via the 'Contact Us' page. From there we will advise how to return the item for a refund should you be entitled.

Our policy lasts thirty (30) days. If thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; this means it must be unopened and in the original packaging. 

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return and refund is approved, the purchase amount will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within thirty (30) days of approval. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If, after checking your bank account, you still have not yet received your refund, contact your credit card company. While the refund may have been processed at our end, it may not yet have been finalised by your financial institution.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you require an exchange of the Nail Snail, send us an email via the link below and we will send you a new one once we receive the defective one.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product with a tracking number to: Christie & Christie, PO Box 101, Banora Point, NSW, Australia 2486.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
