We really hope this won’t be the case, but if there is a problem with your order and you wish to return it, email us via the ‘Contact Us’ page. From there we will advise how to return the item for a refund or exchange should you be entitled.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
- is unsafe;
- is significantly different from the sample or description;
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return and refund is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded by way of your original method of payment within thirty (30) days of approval.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
Late or Missing Refunds
If, after checking your bank account, you still have not yet received your refund, contact your financial institution. While the refund may have been processed at our end, it may not yet have been finalised by your financial institution.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not yet received your refund, please contact us.
To return your product, you should mail your product with a tracking number to: Christie & Christie, PO Box 101, Banora Point, NSW, Australia 2486.
If the product is found not to have a problem, you will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping in Australia and 2 weeks for international orders.
